The best way to deal with leftover steak imo is to make some other dish outta it. Reheated steak just doesn't taste that great! We had some leftovers (steak and grilled corn) from our BBQ on Sunday, so I bought some bell peppers, onions, and tortillas. I sliced up the steak into bite-size pieces, cut the corn off the corb, and diced and peppers and onions. Threw everything together to stirfry in a pan (high heat). I don't need to add any more seasoning because the steak should've been seasoned already. But I do add quite a bit of fresh ground pepper.
The end product:
Mexican style cheese with jalepenos (green chilli).
Tortillas! I heated them up in the pan that's still warm from the stirfry. If the tortillas aren't warm and soft, they'll crack and fall apart easily.
First sprinkle some cheese on the tortilla...
Then pile on the beef/veggies. I always put too much and end up not being able to roll it up the way I want to. I love the beef/veggies, which is kinda weird because I don't really like bell peppers but I will eat them when it's done this way.
